Vital World:
A visit to the Vital World, a collection of saunas, whirlpools, a solarium, tepidarium and water grotto, will soothe and relax, de-stress and invigorate, cleanse and beautify you.
- a variety of inhalation saunas, heated to temperatures between 45°C and 50°C and generating humidity levels of up to 100%
- large Finnish steam sauna, complete with centrally located, authentic wood burning fire, emitting temperatures of between 90°C and 100°C
- warm benches or tepidarium which warm the body to around 38°C
- sun meadow - an area kept at 28°C which uses special ceiling mounted lights to safely bronze you.
- water grotto, containing showers that stimulate and massage your body as well as hot and cold water pools with stone floors that focus specifically on your feet, has as its centrepiece a large Jacuzzi entered through a curtain of falling water.
