The living house offers low budget accommodation, and is suitable for tourist groups or families. We offer lodging in completely renovated 2-room apartment flat in the groundfloor. The rooms are interconnected (you have to pass through the first room to get into the second room). The flat is equipped with self-catering kitchen (gas cooker, refridgerator and table for 4 people), bathroom with unlimited hot water, WC and central heating (available all year round). The interior is simply furnished. The vila is an easy walk from the bus or train station (with connections to Smokovec by electric train or to Poprad by diesel train). Adjacent to the vila are shops, restaurants, bar and a post office. Parking: free parking in front of the house may be unavailable, especially in winter when there is a lot of snow. Parking is also available on the public car park app. 100 m from the house, and is paid extra (municipal parking ticket valid in all car-parks in the Tatras) Ski lifts and cable cars 400 meters from the house. In season the flat is prefferably rented for a week from Saturday to Saturday.
