The flat consists of a large 2-bed room, small 2-bed room (the both rooms has separate entrance)
and large 4-bed room with a large balcony.
The basic capacity of 8 beds can be increased by extra beds or a child bed by advance arrangement.
The rooms are furnished by new robust beds from wood massive 90x200 cm,
with ortopedic antialergic latex matteraces.
A fully equipped kitchen (cooker, kitchen unit, dishes, fridge with freezer) offers a
possibility to cook and eat for 4-5 persons at one time. The food shop is just
a very short walk from the house.
Bathroom and WC are kept clean and thanks to the own heating system
offer unlimited amounts of hot water.
The brick-built living house has optimal temperature winters or summers,
with possibility to heat even in the summer.
Free parking in front of the house. The living house features a garage for one car on request in advance.
