We offer accomodation in a newly built attic apartment in a stylish 130-year old Villa Safarik in Dolny Smokovec, situated in a well maintained spa area within a children health-care resort, in a quite environment.

Basic capacity consists of a double room with a kitchenette, hallway, own WC and a shower. This can be extended by another double room. All these rooms together form a separate suite.

The rooms are newly furnished, equipped with central heating and sufficient amount of hot water. The kitchenette has equipment for meal preparation - electric hot plate (double), kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and a kitchen unit. There is a color TV with 20 channels in the room.

In the low season it is possible to agree on special prices for long-term stays, especially for parents of children staying in the health resorts in Dolny or Horny Smokovec.

Parking in front of the house is free of charge. It is not allowed to smoke or keep pets in the apartment.
