We offer comfortable lodging in a large 3-room holiday
apartment flat for rent in Nový Smokovec, situated in a very attractive
locality immediately (100 m) at ski-slopes for children and beginners (Ski-center
Jakubkova luka - 3 ski-lifts, technical snow, ski-schools, ski-rentals, etc.) and only a
10 minute walk from the center of Stary Smokovec.
The apartment is comfortably designed for 4-6 persons in a very family-friendly
way. It consists of one large living room, a large bedroom and a smaller children bedroom.
The apartment, lying in a mid-century apartment house, has been very recently renovated and completely newly refurnished. Each of the 3
rooms is providing two beds.
The apartment further includes a separate eating hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice
bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. For your
skis or bicycles we have a safe place in the basement.
It is a very spacious (about 90m2) and sunny apartment and thanks to its
position on the 3rd floor a beautiful view of the High Tatras can be marveled directly from its balcony and windows. We provide a free garage about 3-5 min. from the house!
