The picturesque village of Zdiar,
is a good starting point for all hikes to the Belianske Tatry mountains.
The house located 1 km far from Zdiar-Strednica ski center.
We provide accommodation in one double, one triple and one 4-bed room, with a total capacity of 9 beds. All rooms have a private bathroom and toilet, and are equipped with a TV SAT, fridge.
There is also a common dining room with a self-catering kitchen available to the guests, and a sauna for 6 persons.
Prices:
Winter - 12 EUR per person a night
Summer - 10 EUR per person a night
Safe car parking at the house, free of charge.
There is also a possibiliy for a 20% discount in the Zdiar-Strednica ski center.
Summer activities:
Hiking trails right from Zdiar village:
- Siroke sedlo (1825,5 m) - the only saddle made accessible in the Belianske Tatry mountains.Zdiar - Siroké sedlo (green track): 2:40 h medium difficulty
- Predne Kopske sedlo (1780 m)
- Right after that is Kopske sedlo (1750,2). The last two are also the most eastern saddles of the High Tatras. Both trails are about the same difficulty.
- Zdiar - Siroke sedlo - Predne Kopske sedlo: 3:00 h medium difficulty
- Monkova dolina Zdiar – admission is paid - one way track Zdiar - Kopske sedlo (4:00 h)
Winter activities:
- Ski center SKICENTRUM Strednica - Zdiar - 9 ski-tows ski school, ski rental
- Bachledova Dolina – seat ski tow
